On 25 May, the Swedish Data Protection Act (PUL) is replaced by the EU’s new data protection regulation (GDPR). For us at Terco I & S AB, it is important that you as a customer feel safe with how we handle your personal information and would like to inform you that we have updated our privacy policy in accordance with the new legislation, GDPR. In that we describe, among other things, the personal information we handle, why we handle them and what legal basis the handling takes place.
